Innovating the Intralogistics Industry

VIEW OUR AUTOMATION RANGE

Over the past 3 years businesses have had to endure immense pressures due to guidance reducing physical contact. However to some experts, Covid accelerated changes that almost certainly would have happened.. Industries such as manufacturing and e-Commerce are becoming ever-dependent on automated intralogistics material handling solutions. Businesses are recognising that to maintain and improve efficiencies they need to invest in automated systems.

Nevertheless, to implement automation effectively you must ensure you have the correct equipment. Here at Loadhog we have understood that this market is growing. This is why our design team introduced the Autotote last year. Suitable for all conveyors and transfer units, the Autotote features an optimised base design that reduces deflection and noise. The double skin base is designed to run smoothly along automation systems, whilst ensuring a high level of durability and strength.

The Autotote improves logistics performance whilst helping ensure you’re working towards a circular economy. This is achieved by manufacturing the container with a blend of recycled and virgin material ensuring further sustainability. The ability to facilitate greater automation within an organisation is essential to improving sustainability reporting. With the Autotote, innovation is evident.

Loadhog offers a range of systems designed to benefit every stage of the supply chain. Whether it be an application within the light and fast world of e-commerce or a heavy-duty operation within industrial manufacturing, we have a system that can add value to your supply chain.

Companies such as Sky & Penguin Random House have seen the benefits of integrating Loadhog systems within their supply chain. For Sky, The Loadhog Pallet Lid eliminated 10.2 tonnes of plastic wrap per annum, equivalent to over 2,000,000 metres of single use plastic. On average it takes 20 seconds to secure a Pallet using the Lid which is a 69% reduction in labour time for this application. The ability to remove and then reapply the Pallet Lid system also saved time and considerable quantities of plastic wrap during system tests and updates of the Sky boxes. Whereas Penguin found that in the first year they reduced their use of consumable stretch wrap by over 47%
