The $120m venture financing issue by GrubMarket was the largest disclosed deal in 2022, while the $264m acquisition of Flipkart Internet was the largest disclosed deal in 2021.
In volume terms, cloud-related deal activity increased by 122% year-on-year in 2022 and by 80% in 2021.
