REPI was founded in 1973 as a result of the insight and inspiration of the founder and his family to pioneer the development of liquid colours and additives for plastics.

Research, experimentation and dedication together with a forward-looking vision enabled the company to become one of the world leaders in the industry.

Today REPI is a global supplier, with its own facilities in Italy, the United States, Uk, Russia and Thailand, the newborn subsidiary which will develop the Asean Region.

Local partners cover the five continents with a comprehensive network of sales and service.

The company is structured in two business units: the polyurethane and the thermoplastics ones, which offer the fastest and most effective service to industries with different requirements and ways to act. The thermoplastics BU has its core business in the packaging field (preforms, bottles, PET sheets for thermoforming, caps, etc.) followed by industrial applications such as the furniture industry and the world of the injection moulded parts. At the Companies HQs a state of the art R&D department and a packaging prototyping area give partners the opportunity to run special development projects, from the idea to the realization of the bottle prototype.

In addition to the colours that are formulated according to the specific Brand Onwers and customers’ needs, the portfolio of specialty additives provides packaging converters high performance products which, case by case, improve the process performance, raise the content protection, give a better aesthetics and enhance the properties of recycled plastics.

Dedicated Dosing and Preform Analysis  Equipment complete REPI’s range for the packaging industry.
