CUTcontrol™ The Intelligent IIoT Platform
CUTcontrol creates the infrastructure for collecting and managing data streams. These data streams come from machines, machine options and tools. Our CUTcontrol takes on the role of a support system and uses diagnostic tools for data analysis. With the use of dashboards, data can easily be converted into valuable information.
Our CUTcontrol is characterized by a smart connection, integration and applicability with the overview of machinery and its performance.
CUTcontrol offers a particularly high economic benefit for the customer. CUTcontrol guarantees the most modern communication with Berhalter systems worldwide. It offers all functions for monitoring machine and tool status: from OEE, error detection/handling, notification to data analysis.

Visualisation and Dashboard
With our dashboards consisting of modern visualisation software and the innovative presentation of machine data, we implement individually scalable digitalisation solutions. The digital interface creates an emotional connection of individualised content. A login area provides you with your own digital overview of the die-cutting systems. Central monitoring of the die-cutting machines - whether 1 or 30 machines and regardless of whether at one or more production sites.
Condition Monitoring
With the help of condition monitoring, necessary maintenance work can be determined precisely and according to the condition. Targeted (on-site) service in conjunction with good spare parts management significantly improve the utilisation rate of the die-cutting machines and the success rate for initial repairs. Alerting and error prediction shorten response times and save costs related to machine failures. Monitoring of all relevant production and die-cutting data.
Conditions
The basic version of our digital platform CUTcontrol™ is available free of charge to all BERHALTER customers. This includes the applications described above, such as machine overview, detailed view of machines and live data from the last 24 hours. In addition, you can upgrade to the premium version, which enables the identification of OEE, KPI's and reporting. All you need for this is an edge controller and an RFID connector box.
