TapTone Inspection Systems

Seal Integrity Tester

TapTone Pro Series

TapTone Leak Inspection

TapTone Leak Inspection systems are renowned for high performance in high speed environments. Providing high precision, non-destructive inspection at full line speeds is the hallmark of the TapTone product line. Our leak inspection systems test a range of products from glass and plastic bottles, cans, tubs, and cups, our systems cantilever over existing or new product lines requiring a minimal footprint.

In-Line Leak Inspection for Cup Filling Lines

The patented TapTone Seal Integrity Tester (SIT) system consists of multiple sensors mounted inside

the cup filling system that inspect each cup by compressing the sensor head to the foil lid of the cup

at full production machine speeds (200ms and higher).

Inspection Flexibility to Meet the Changing Demands of Today’s Production Lines

Managing the dynamic landscape of today’s production facilities can be challenging. Product

changeovers and new product introductions often require plant managers to adapt existing

equipment with little time and limited budget. The PRO Series User Interface

can display up to 4 sensor outputs simultaneously allowing for at-a-glance monitoring of multiple

inspections. In addition, plant controls allow plant level monitoring from a remote location via an

ethernet connection.
