ARM - BUTTER FILLING AND WRAPPING MACHINE

ARM is designed to fill and wrap butter and margarine in aluminum foil, parchment paper or ecoline. Machine modifications covers a wide dosing range - 9-1000 g and a big variety of bricks sizes.

RFS 40 - TUB/CUP filling and sealing machine

RFS 40 machine is designed for butter and margarine to be filled into pre-made containers with aluminum foil and lids. Machine's dosing range is 200-1000 g.

Bh - BUTTER HOMOGENIZER

BH homogenizer is designed to homogenize bulk butter before re-packing. When butter is homogenized, it is ready for packaging into customer brick size portions. Robust design allows reprocessing cooled butter blocks, the temperature of which is: 0 - +10 °C. Capacity: 800 –2000 kg/hr. Exceptional feature of Fasa homogenizer is the CIP system.

dsu6 - CASE PACKER FOR BRICKS

DSU is a semi-automatic case packer machine used for grouping and stacking of butter bricks. Bricks are packed with ARM or any other filling and wrapping machine. It serves as exceptionally reliable and cost-effective end of the line solution. Case packer operates at capacity of up to 100 packages per minute. Different box sizes are possible.
