Top M&A financial advisers in Asia-Pacific for Q1 2024 revealed 

GlobalData’s financial advisers league table analyses top advisers by volume, deals, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). 

Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan were the top mergers and acquisitions (M&A) financial advisers by value in the Asia-Pacific region during the first quarter (Q1) of 2024. 

Duni acquires Australian reusable coffee cup brand Huskee 

Malmo, Sweden-based Duni Group, a sustainable dining and food packaging solutions provider, has announced the acquisition of Australian-based reusable coffee cup brand, Huskee.  The acquisition will strengthen Duni Group’s food packaging business and expedite its Asia-Pacific growth. 

Amtech completes acquisition of Label Traxx 

US-headquartered industrial solutions provider Amtech has completed the acquisition of Label Traxx, a business management software provider for the label printing and flexible packaging segments.  The deal strengthens Amtech's position as an industrial software platform for the packaging industry. 

Veritiv acquires substantially all assets of AmeriPac 

Veritiv, a US-based packaging, facility solutions, and print products distributor, has acquired the Ameripac and Ameripac Pennsylvania businesses. Through the acquisition, Veritiv will strengthen its end-to-end kitting and copacking capabilities. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
