Founded in 1996, we have been serving the packaging industry for over 20 years. We specialize in performance products that are used in the manufacturing industry for heat sealing, heat bonding, and conveyor system applications. Common materials include Skived Teflon™, optically clear FEP/PFA, PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics and tapes. We are also a custom converter which means we can fabricate any of our inventory materials to specific dimensions or tolerances.

Optically Clear FEP Tape
CS Hyde’s FEP Tape is optically clear, high temperature, and resistant to chemicals and moisture. Silicone adhesive temperature (-100 to 400 F).FEP demonstrates superior chemical resistance properties and optical clarity it can be used as a protective overlay for harnesses or cables. We also sell FEP Film without adhesive that can be heat sealed, thermoformed, heat bonded, welded, or even combined with other materials.
Ultra Premium PTFE Fiberglass Tape made with Teflon™ Fluoroplastic
Ultra Premium Grade PTFE tapes demonstrate clean release properties and resistance to wear, tear, cut through, breaking and flow under heat and pressure. Ultra Premium and Standard grade fiberglass tapes can be used as a protective barrier for hot wire contacts. TFL Laminate tapes are also used in the packing industry as a release surface on heat sealers, blister formation and form-fill equipment. TFL is more flexible, durable, & longer lasting than traditional coated materials. We supply multiple tape thicknesses. Custom cut strips, slit rolls, or sheets are available.
